Members of the Frequent Lover Loyalty Program agree to abide by the following conditions:
General:
The Frequent Lover Loyalty program (the program) is a brand owned and operated under Lovers Adult Stores Australia. Membership of the program is governed by these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time.
'Frequent Lover' and the heart symbol are registered Australian trademarks.
Minimum information required to be part of the program is First Name, Last Name, Suburb of Residence, Postcode.
The program entitles members to various discounts and benefits, as varied from time to time. The current membership benefits are always displayed at www.loversadultstores.com.au/frequentlover
Membership of the program is at the absolute discretion of the company, and membership may be refused to or withdrawn from any person, at any time, without reason.
The program is a tiered membership program, with the current tiers being RED, SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM
Joining the program:
Members may sign up personally in-store, or via the websites (loversadultstores.com.au, loversshop.com.au, frequentlover.com.au) or any location or means where the company may offer membership.
One membership is valid for one person only. Multiple people may not combine purchases into one member's membership. Members signing up in-store may receive a membership card if they choose. This card remains the property of Lovers Adult Stores and must be surrendered on request.
Members may opt to receive a virtual membership card, which will be sent via SMS to their mobile phone.
Membership cards are specific to the membership status of the member. If there is any change to membership status, the existing membership card will be automatically cancelled. Members may collect a new card from any Lovers Adult Store. Identification may be required. Members must surrender any cancelled card to Lovers Adult Stores. All new members signing up to the program start their membership as RED, unless otherwise advised by the company.
Earning points:
A member earns loyalty points when making eligible purchases either through 'Lovers Adult Stores' branded stores or completed purchases through the 'Lovers Adult Stores' website - www.loversasdultstores.com.au, www.loversshop.com.au
The rate of points earned per dollar is advertised on the current benefits page as displayed at www.loversadultstores.com.au/frequentlover and may change from time to time.
Members must show their membership card or membership ID when making purchases in-store. Otherwise the member will not receive points for that purchase.
Similarly, members making purchases on the websites will only earn points if they have logged in. Points for purchases made on the website will only be credited once the website sale has been finalised. Members do not earn points on freight charges. Pending points will be shown as the order is progressing.
Membership tiers:
Membership status is based on points earned in the member's membership year.
A membership year is defined as one year from the membership signup date, except in the case of a member being part of the previous loyalty program, in which case it will begin on the 1st July 2014.
The points currently required to attain the various membership levels, and the discount level applicable are outlined in the below table:

Membership Assessments:
After each transaction that awards points, your membership status will be assessed. If you have attained enough points to move up to the next tier, then your membership will be immediately upgraded.
On the one-year anniversary of the member's signup, a membership assessment occurs. If enough points were earned in the previous year to retain the current membership status, then that status is valid for one more year, until the next membership assessment date.
If enough points were not earned to retain the existing status, then the member will drop down one level (e.g. from Gold to Silver)
Points balance is reset to zero at the beginning of each membership year.
Lifetime points continue to accrue and do not reset to zero.
Variations to the program.
The company may, for any reason, at any time and with any notice period (including none) vary or withdraw any or all of the conditions, benefits, features of the loyalty program
The company may, for any reason, at any time and with any notice period (including none) add new conditions, features or benefits.
The company may, for any reason, at any time and with any notice period (including none), suspend or cancel the entire loyalty program.
Cancellation
The member may cancel their membership at any time by following the relevant link at the bottom of any email they receive, or by their membership login. Once cancelled, memberships cannot be re-activated.
Lovers Adult Stores and/or its representatives reserve the right to cancel any membership at its discretion. Any discounts and offers may be withdrawn at any time, for any reason.
Marketing:
The member agrees to receive emails from the company as part of their membership to the program. Opting out of receiving marketing emails requires the cancellation of the membership. If and while 'SMS notifications' is selected in the membership details, then the member also agrees to receive SMS messages from us.
Privacy:
What information we collect: Your personal details that you provide to us, and information regarding purchases you make on our websites or in our retail stores.
What we do with the information we have about you: Internal record keeping, customer research, analysis. We send you information regarding only our products and services.
What we share with others: NOTHING - We never share any information we have about you to any other party.
