1. This website is of an adult nature and must only be viewed by persons over the age of eighteen years.

2. Only those persons over the age of eighteen years may make purchases via this website. No person should purchase for or on behalf of any person under the age of eighteen years.

3. Some material sold on this website is classified by the Australian Office of Film And Literature Classification. Further to points 1 and 2 above, it is an offence by a person under the age of eighteen years to purchase any material classified Category 1 Restricted, Category 2 Restricted, R-Rated or X-Rated, as is it an offence to purchase such material for or on behalf of a person under the age of eighteen years.

4. Any person purchasing from this site is declaring that they are over the age of eighteen years and are not purchasing any item for or on behalf of any person under the age of eighteen years. Lovers employees may, at their discretion, make further enquiries as to the age of the purchaser, should there be any doubt as to the purchaser's age.

5. Any material classified by the Office of Film And Literature Classification (such material will be marked with the appropriate markings) is further restricted from being shown to any person under the age of eighteen years. Any person purchasing such material from this site is bound by law to prevent those under the age of eighteen from sighting such material.

6. DVDs, if any, advertised on this site are not being purchased from Lovers Adult Stores. You are authorising us to act as your agent and we are acting only as a delivery agent, delivering the product to you from a jurisdiction where such product is legal.

7. Due to the sexual nature of the items being sold on this website, we do not exchange products. Please choose carefully and if you have any queries about a product, contact us first before purchasing.

8. All products that vibrate are tested for vibrating functionality before they are sent to you. However, should a product become faulty within 30 days of purchase, we will happily exchange the product for the EXACT SAME product, free of charge. You must contact us first for a Return Authorisation number. No returns will be accepted without such number. The product must be in it's original packaging and you will be liable for costs associated with sending it back to us. We will pay for costs associated with sending the replacement back to you.

9. Should the same product not be available within 8 weeks, you may choose a similar product up to the same value, in replacement.

10. Your purchases will be sent to you via the safest and quickest method. Most orders will need to be signed for. If you are not at home when your order is delivered, , a card will be left and you may collect your order from your nearest post office.

11. Free Delivery on orders over $50 - This applies to the value of the order only (excluding delivery). This means that an order for $49.95 will still incur a delivery charge, even though the total amount to pay is over $50.00.

12. Prices on the website may not always match prices in-store. Prices are not tranferrable. This means that all prices are as-is, wherever they may be. Sale prices in-store might not be reflected in prices on the website, and website sale prices might not match in-store prices.

13. Please choose your purchase carefully. Your order is finalised once we receive payment and the order leaves our store. If, for any reason, you refuse delivery of your order, we will refund your money. However, please note that there is a re-stocking fee of 20%. You will also be liable for any charges associated with postage, packaging and delivery in both directions. These charges and the re-stocking fee will be charged to your credit card. In the case of other payment methods, you will be sent a bill. Our trading terms are 14 days and are strictly enforced. You will also be liable for recovery costs should we have to enlist a debt-recovery service.

14. Vouchers issued for use on the website may only be used on the website.

15. Vouchers issued in-store may not be used on the website.

16. Each voucher issued for use on the website may only be used once. In the case of a voucher valued at a dollar amount, if the voucher is worth more than the purchase being made then a new voucher to the value of the difference will be issued automatically. Vouchers can not be used against freight charges.

17. Any order addressed with the delivery details provided in the 'Delivery Details' section of the checkout page of this site and collected by our courier will be deemed by us to have been delivered. Any further charges resulting from an order being undeliverable, returned, attempted delivery, wrong address of any other reason of the customer's fault, will be borne by the customer. As will any re-delivery charges.
